Update build mirroring, filtering out notes that cannot be mirrored due to missing corresponding version.
Test results and supporting details
This happened when Opera release data was outdated, and there were notes about Chrome versions for which no corresponding Opera release existed yet.
The diff-build run in this PR revealed that it also affects Oculus and Samsung Internet.
